3 Apps I Use the Most
This is based on the number of times opened during a day.
One thing to consider is that I have the vast majority of my notifications silenced and only allow specific people to come through directly.
I then check apps only as I feel it is needed.
This means that things like group chats are checked around once per day because I really don’t have the time or patience to deal with chatter.
So what do I open most?

This manages my life—at least it does when combined with Google Calendar.
While my calendar sends me time-specific notifications and schedule information, Things is what gives me my specific tasks for any day.
While it is old, it is still updated, and when a product is designed so beautifully, sometimes you wonder why you need any of the features it currently lacks.
