3 Black Sheep Apps You Need To Try

The “black sheep” apps, as I call them, are those that really deserve far more attention, at least briefly, than they are getting. Time will tell with some of these and sometimes it is virality that will finally get your attention, but until then, maybe you should take a look at the following 3 apps that I have been using far more over the past month.

(1) Sidekick browser — This is my current ‘experimental’ browser. It is nice to see a new approach to browsing which is based around a few key concepts such as app integration, multi-account use and switching and workspaces.

The classic use for this is switching from work to personal and back seemlessly. I am always logged into both types of account and having the browser take some of that hassle away from me feels pretty nice, if I am honest.

If I can pinpoint one thing that really seems to work for me in Sidekick, it is that, with having the built-in apps, I am not mindlessly drawn to my beautiful bookmark bar like in Firefox and I am finding myself getting less distracted.
