3 Upcoming Apps I Am Testing That Have Serious Potential

New apps fill me with hope and trepidation. The new opportunities lift me up, but the testing and feeling of being let down are ever-present.

But below are 3 apps that I think have the potential to really do something different in their fields.

Rows

Rows is looking very promising as a powerful spreadsheet application. Imagine Google Sheets combined with the look and flexibility of Notion. That is more of the feeling I get from Rows than anything else.

It offers really easy-to-use filtering and sorting, which is sometimes why I use a Notion database for some things instead of an actual spreadsheet. Where neither traditional spreadsheets nor a Notion database can fit the bill, that is where Rows beats them both.

I have always wanted to harness the power of databases more easily in my beloved spreadsheets, but restrictions, difficulties, and friction seem to scupper my plans more than help me. Rows is something worth trying and keeping an eye on if you have felt the same as me in the past.
