As we head into the guilt-tripping new year, most of us start to think about our health.
We live in a golden age of knowledge and support when it comes to health, exercise and nutrition.
However, that doesn’t mean it is going to make any difference if you don’t develop the mindset and discipline to carry these things through. Years can go by, and without doing the work, things are going to change for your health, and it is rarely for the better.
So let’s make it as easy as possible.
Remove the friction wherever possible, whether it is by scheduling the time and making it immovable or by getting your gear ready and waiting. In an ideal world, what would motivate you to take better care of yourself?
Aside from that, the good news is that some apps will absolutely help. Not all but some and some of these will stick with you for a very long time and get to take credit for changing your life.
If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.
It is important to remember that not all apps or suggestions will help everyone, which is why you must continue to try, experiment and improve.
