I am immediately going to beg your forgiveness for the unoriginality of some of these habits, but there is a reason that some of these will come up on pretty much everyone’s list.
After all, we are all human, with the exception of a few extremely intelligent dogs reading this.
But I still think there are a couple of takeaways worth trying here, so please consider them all in your efforts to build habits.
In chronological order through my day, here they are.
(1) Pills — I don’t take anything too dramatic; vitamins, iron, etc. But effectively, any medicine that you can give yourself is best done at the start of the day if possible for me. It means I can get it out of the way in 10 seconds and start off by checking a tick box.
(2) Highlight of the day — I then move into my highlight habit. I have written about this before and concept of a highlight of the day is nothing new, but I have chosen to combine this into my habit list.
