I can’t help but want to save money. Life is too hard and finances are too hard to come by for 99.9% of us, so whenever I can, I try to make easy money or save it where I will know no difference, because why let someone else have your money when you can keep it?
So here are a few ways I really don’t see a need to spend money on and one way to actually make some easy money that anyone can actually pretty much do quickly and easily.
FYI number 5 is the big one!
(1) iPad Mini, cheapest model — I solely view streamed content and do a little reading on my iPad. I need the minimum storage possible and have no use for the more advanced features or size of other models, such as the Pro. They may work for some people, but the benefit is just not recognisable for me, and that is what you really need to consider. It doesn’t matter if the new reviews tell you how incredible the upgrade is on a phone camera if you just don’t care and the photos stay on your phone looking basic for the rest of your life. Don’t get roped in and don’t let yourself be upsold.
(2) Apple Watch, cheapest model— I really see no value for myself in having anything but the cheapest Apple Watch for me. I use it almost entirely for notifications, which I can lift my wrist to see, then deal with them, or move on. That is the value here. Sometimes I will tell Siri something through my watch, but that is less than once a day and often it goes through my Airpods anyway. I barely use all of the apps or fancy features. So, for me, the cheapest is best.
(3) Journals — I backed away from the fancy journals after testing most of the major and some minor brands on the market. If anything, I use a Jibun Techo for a planner, but I wouldn’t even say that this is close to being the same.
