Reading is something pretty much everyone wants to get done.

My target for 2023 is 60 books.

That is an insane figure for many but that is where my reading takes me. Whether is is physical, nonficton, audiobooks or even manga, I expect to blast through 50 so 60 is not so unreasonable.

Reading is one of the most important skills to develop. It expands our knowledge, improves our focus and concentration, and helps us explore different worlds. Here are seven tips to help you read more and get the most out of your reading

  1. Set aside a specific time to read: Dedicate a certain amount of time each day or week to reading. Whether it’s 10 minutes or an hour, having a set time to read will help you stay motivated and consistent.
  2. Choose books that interest you: It can be hard to stay motivated if you’re not enjoying the book you’re reading. Make sure to pick books that pique your curiosity and keep you engaged. Don’t worry about one’s people tell you that you have to read. The more you read the more you will tend to read widely over time.
