More importantly what on earth is a Comfort Wall?
Well, where to begin.
Firstly, I don’t claim to be an inventor of this idea. This idea must have been around long before or similar, but at a low point I deliberately tried to think of the things that bring me comfort.
What brings me comfort or peace and makes me relax just to think about or see a reminder of?
This is not what brings you purpose by any means and is likely the opposite. This is not yor goals or your achievements.
You have your purpose, the thing that keeps going moving forward, but your comforts are what you fall back on in a time of relaxation or when you need it most.
I store my Comfort Wall in Notion and it is pretty much just a gallery with 21 different images currently. Below is a snapshot of part of my Comfort Wall.
I am very selective with what goes on there and with what makes the grade.
For me, it is the things that truly work.
